The director of Dana Biosphere Amer Alrfoa said that “Al-Rumanah Environmental Tourism Camp tourist season began this year on Tuesday to receive batches of domestic tourists , Arabs and foreigners with a capacity of up to 135 visitors a day” .
Alrfoa added in an interview to « Al-Rai » , the camp features 20 tent tourist equipped with all the necessities of tourism as well as health facilities and public services significance of tourism , while the camp offers traditional meals for visitors and all the requirements of sleeping the night , indicating that the establishment of this camp was the embodiment of ecotourism in protected and benefit available from nature and preservation of infringements .
He Alrfoa said the Camp includes places to observe birds and wildlife as well as places for stargazing at night due to the calm and silence of the place and splendor , noting that the camp and House of Poetry strikethrough lit using solar energy environmentally friendly instead of traditional energy « Energy lanterns » previously used , pointing out that the camp is closed for four months during winter time in order restored and rehabilitated to be back again able to receive visitors very effectively.
